If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund whenever you want due to our premium lifetime warranty.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
*We unfortunately do not offer refunds for the following:
- Partially completed diamond paintings
- Fully completed diamond paintings
- Custom kits
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURNPlease contact email@example.com. In your email, include:
- Your order number (you can find this in your order confirmation email)
- Your name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
- The email address you used to complete your order
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 24 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.
If something is wrong with your order and it needs to be returned, obviously we will reimburse the shipping costs paid. However, please do always contact us beforehand to explore alternative solutions.
*Please include a printout of your order confirmation email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).

Our manufacturing facilities and warehouses are located in Asia. Orders usually take between 10-21 business days to arrive at their destination.
On rare occasions, shipping will exceed 21 business days (especially during the US holiday season). If shipping exceeds 30 days, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help you track your order.
